Who We Are

CHILDHOPE-ZAMBIA is a registered, non-governmental, non-profit organization (NGO) established in 1999 with a deep commitment to transforming the lives of vulnerable and marginalized children in Zambia. Rooted in compassion and driven by purpose, we operate primarily in underserved rural communities, where children often face significant barriers to accessing quality education, healthcare, nutrition, and other essential services.

As a child-focused organization, our mission is to combat poverty and uplift the living standards of children in rural Zambia. We believe that every child—regardless of background or circumstance—deserves the opportunity to live a healthy, educated, and dignified life.

At the heart of our approach is collaboration. We work closely with families, parents, guardians, community leaders, schools, and strategic partners to build sustainable, community-led support systems. These partnerships are key to breaking intergenerational cycles of poverty and creating environments where children are not only protected but are empowered to reach their full potential.
